CPHR Saskatchewan: Developing Star Performers

In this interactive workshop, Tara Landes from Bellrock will provide tools and resources to identify top performers, develop their talents and ensure they are motivated to stay with the organization and challenged just enough to stay in flow. Participants will practice coaching conversations that allow staff to flourish and how to align individual career paths with organizational succession requirements. They will also learn how to foster relationships with staff, develop their strengths, and create a positive work environment.
