Working Here

We permanently solve the toughest problems for our clients. We’re not afraid to roll up our sleeves and dig in to eliminate obstacles. We identify root causes and teach leaders and managers how to solve them.

What really sets us apart though, is that we help implement the solutions too. And that’s where you come in. The recommendations have been made, and it’s your job to work with the client’s team to make sure those recommendations get put into place and are getting results. For us, implementation is everything.

We also deliver a variety of leadership development and management training programs, keeping that same focus on implementation. Our management consultants work 1:1 with the participants to ensure the learning from each class sticks.

“I’ve worked with many consultants but working with Bellrock has been a much different experience. You guys not only discuss what needs to get done, you actually help make it happen and ensure that the change sticks as habit.”

Our Core Values

A company’s core values are the guiding principles the people live by. They define the company’s expectations around behaviour i.e., “people like us do things like this”. We differentiate ‘core’ values from ‘aspirational’ values.

At Bellrock, we think that our actions demonstrate what we value. We just can’t help behaving the way we do because of our deepest held beliefs. We attract people who share these same beliefs:

We believe in getting started.

A good plan today is better than a perfect one tomorrow.

We believe in making change stick.

Implementation is everything.

We believe in direct communication.

We are plain spoken and don’t speak consultant.

We believe in being generous.

We openly share our ideas, time, and energy.

We believe in doing the right thing.

Even when it’s hard.

We believe that misery is optional.

Work should be fun!

Open Positions

We believe that companies should always be looking for top talent. If you’re based in Greater Victoria, BC, open to travel, and want full-time permanent work, reach out and let’s chat.

Management Consultant

Full Time

We’re looking for Management Consultants in Greater Victoria, British Columbia. Travel within Canada is required, primarily across Vancouver Island and to/from Metro Vancouver. We hire full-time employees; those interested in contract work need not apply.

Who You Are

You have at least a few years of work experience under your belt and have demonstrated an entrepreneurial bent throughout. You’re humble, hard working, and people smart. Perhaps you’re ready for a career change. This is a great learning opportunity for a “consultant-in-training” but we’d prefer an experienced professional with a great network who is looking for just the right fit.

While you appreciate the value of a team, you’re comfortable working independently. You have good financial literacy, know your way around technology, and are a great communicator.

The people who know you best would describe you as someone who enjoys a good debate and is motivated to do the right thing – you don’t take the easy way out. You get things done. Friends seek your advice because you have an uncanny knack for getting to the heart of the matter. More often than not, you’re right – but you’re mature enough to have learned not to gloat. You’re a lifelong learner, always with a new idea you are exploring. You’re willing to do what it takes, whether it’s picking up print materials or developing a complex strategy for a client.

And if we were stuck in an airport together for 24 hours, we’d have fun.
