We’re looking for Management Consultants based in Victoria or Vancouver, British Columbia. Travel within Canada is required, primarily across BC. We hire full-time employees; those interested in contract work need not apply.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Additional education in change management, coaching, and/or project management is preferred.
• Experience in small or family-run businesses is an asset.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Key Duties

• Work on projects covering all business areas: restructuring, reporting, marketing, sales, operations, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with business owners, leaders, and managers to manage expectations and maintain momentum throughout engagements.
• Partner with seasoned Bellrock consultants, learning from their expertise.
• Make tangible improvements in our clients’ business performance – and their lives.
• Support leadership, management, and sales training programs as a trainer, coach, and coordinator.
• Improve internal systems, processes, and content.
• Discover more about small business than you thought possible.
