We’re currently looking for Management Consultants based in Victoria, British Columbia. Travel within Canada is required, primarily across BC. We hire full-time employees; those interested in contract work need not apply.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Canada.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field (MBA preferred).
• Additional education in change management, coaching, and/or project management is preferred.
• Experience in small or family-run businesses is an asset.
• Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Legally eligible to work in Canada.

Key Duties

• Work on projects covering all business areas: restructuring, reporting, marketing, sales, operations, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate closely with business owners, leaders, and managers to manage expectations and maintain momentum throughout engagements.
• Partner with seasoned Bellrock consultants, learning from their expertise.
• Make tangible improvements in our clients’ business performance – and their lives.
• Support leadership, management, and sales training programs as a trainer, coach, and coordinator.
• Improve internal systems, processes, and content.
• Discover more about small business than you thought possible.

Working Conditions

Consultants must be able to work from home or at their own office, on the road, and at client locations. While we try to keep Consultants close to home, travel to/from clients and company events is expected and is dependent on business needs.

Salary

$80k-$120k annually depending on experience and expertise.
